Responsibilities:
As a Construction Helper, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support our construction projects, including:
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials: Safely handle and move materials to and from job sites, ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate location.
- Erect and dismantle structures: Assist in the setup and removal of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as directed by supervisors.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials: Help prepare and apply materials such as concrete and asphalt according to project specifications.
- Clean and organize: Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by cleaning up debris, organizing materials, and keeping tools and equipment in good condition.
- Perform routine maintenance: Assist in performing basic maintenance tasks on tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure they remain in proper working order.
- Remove debris: Clear construction sites of rubble, waste materials, and other debris to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist with machinery: Provide support to operators by tending to or feeding machines and equipment used in construction activities.
Requirements:
